House extension

Mark and his team have been excellent in providing his services for the house extension we have had built due to a change in family circumstances.

Mark was able to look at plans and offer excellent advice on dimensions, alternative solutions and making the most of the space we had to get the best outcome for us as a family.

Under promised and over delivered immensely. Quality of work and services provided have been of upmost quality under Mark’s watchful eye.

Magical conversion of stuffy former accountants office into four stunning holiday or business flats

We recently decided to convert our old office in an industrial area close to Edinburgh city centre into four holiday/business flats and realising that it was an enormous challenge we chose four local firms to provide quotes.

While each company that quoted were similar in price we chose Mark’s firm as we had heard great things about them from others.

Work commenced on 2 April this year, and we were immediately astonished with the way in which he got things done.

The old office interiors within a 1500 sq ft first floor building were ripped out at breathtaking speed and magically became 4 apartments (3×1 bed and 1×2 bed). The project was delivered bang on budget, and with an extremely high spec by the end of May with a relatively small number of highly skilled joiners, plasterers, plumbers and electrical contractors.

Our wonderful set of loft apartments are now available for all to see either on the internet or in person at Beaverhall Apartments in Edinburgh

Quality workmanship very professional

We had a extension built by Mark and his team this year. The extension consists of 47 square metres.

I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone and already have. The break neck speed they work at is amazing, it took them 4 weeks from start to finish.

The quality of the workmanship is first class. They start on time never missing a day and often to keep the build on time work on into the evening.

Mark and Craig keep you up to date every day with what is going on and will help in any way. They were very respectful of us all especially to my two daughters they never once made us feel uncomfortable all of them gentlemen.

They keep the mess to a minimum and make sure the site is fit to live in at all times. Mark keeps to the plans and not one penny over budget. finished product is quite simply stunning.

I could go on and on at how impressive they all are and how happy we are but will end with a big thank you to Mark and his team for everything they did for us and more.
